I don't see any errors, but 3rd party software is asking for the following:

    1. If you are configuring Exchange Sync for the first time, enter the name, URL, or IP address of your Exchange Server. For example, the most common server name for Microsoft 365 is:
      outlook.office365.com
For more information, see: Finding the Office 365 Exchange Server Name.
    2. Select Use ‘Modern’ Authentication.
    3. Enter the application (client) ID, directory (tenant) ID, and client secret (application password) from your Exchange Online/Microsoft 365/Azure environment.
    4. We recommend you click Test to verify the connection is good.
    5. Step through the remaining screens of the configuration utility wizard to finish the configuration.
So, I followed the instructions setup the application and secret password, I put info in the 3rd party software and when I hit test, it fails to connect, no error message.
