When is the auto caption function going to be fixed for videos in Sharepoint?

Msft SAYS you can create caption files but when I upload a video and open video settings to create a captions file, nothing happens. When I go back the video settings option has been replaced by audio settings. If this doesn't work as promised and documented by Msft, ii should be removed immediately. It's embarrassing to have to keep making excuses for all the things that are broken in this lousy product.

By the way this still works in whatever the original Stream is now called so there's no excuse for the "new" Stream....
