Two forests in one MECM site

Question

Hi, Our company now has new branch in another city and it has its own forest(completely separated with our main forest). What's the best practice to manage the servers and clients in the new forest? Do we need to build a new MECM environment or we can use current MECM? What's the best practice? Appreciate your advice.
