Azure maps returns wrong coordinates when searching property by address

Hello.
Could you help me to solve the following problem?

I'm trying to find the property by using its address "10050 Mast Cv Ln, Charlotte, NC 28278, USA"
Azure maps returns the following coordinates: lon: 35.06549, lat: -81.04532. This item has score: 11.8576622009 and matchConfidence/score: 0.6666455662683746

But according to the Google maps it's a wrong coordinate
lon: 35.06549, lat: -81.04532. - correspond to address "16107-16103 Creek Cove Ln, Charlotte, NC 28278, USA"
lon: 35.05196, lat: -81.04409 - correspond to address "10050 Mast Cv Ln, Charlotte, NC 28278, USA" (address of property that I'm trying to find)

I don't have this problem with another address (fro example "17212 Snug Harbor Rd, Charlotte, NC 28278")

I would like to ask the following question:

  1. Why did Azure return the wrong coordinate?
  2. Ho to fix this problem?
