SQL Server don't instal

Hello,

Does anyone have an idea why SQL server won't install?
I currently see no reason why it wouldn't install.
I've tried it on a C&D drive and I always get the same error.

    Hi,

    Can you check if the OS and basic pre-requisites are met, can you try to run as administrator? Right click .exe and run as admin

    HI @Dietger Timmers Thank you for posting your question on Microsoft Q&A and for using Azure services.

    I tried to repo the issue from end by downloading SQL server 2019 at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sql-server/sql-server-downloads. I have selected the custom download below.

    I would also check your SQL Server 2019: Hardware and software requirements and try again
