Issue with my certification profile

Hello Support,

I have done my AZ-103 with my login mailid: yakkalanaveen1@Stuff .com . But when i am visiting now the learning page, there are no certifications or transcripts. Also the MCID is not showing.
Please help me getting my account back asap, because i am planning to write other certification soon.

    Pearson tells me I have a duplicate account.

    This is the reason why I could not connect to the exam of 11/24/2020 that I had scheduled with my coupon received after the virtual training a few days before. Can you help me reschedule my exam AZ-900 as Pearson support redirected me to you to resolve this issue (multiple accounts and others).
