How do I create an achievement code?

I am an MIEE and I have a Minecraft and Minecraft esports course for educators and I want to create a redeem or achievement code so that those who take my course can see their achievement reflected on MS learn.

I have not been able to create or request one, and I cannot find any information on how to do it.

Also, there are no relevant tags for my question, but I am requested to put one in anyways... so sorry but the tag will be unrelated, and I hope you can still point me in the right direction or get me in contact with the right people.
