Azure front door doesn't cache 404 response

I have enabled caching on Azure Front Door and have observed that it caches only if the HTTP response status is 200.
How can I force Azure Front Door to cache failure responses like 404?

    I understand that you would like to know how you can force Azure Front Door to cache failure responses like 404.

    I checked with the Azure Front Door Product Group team and they mentioned the below:

    We do not support it now. However it is in roadmap (No ETA as of yet).
