Form randomly create new records

Question

Hi, I am facing a problem where my form is creating the same record (the number of record is the same number of records in the table in the form, as the photo shows). For example, if I have 3 records in the table then when I reload the form, there will be 3 records in the form with everything being the same, if I have 4 then it will have 4 records, if 5 then will be 5 records, etc. Like below:

However, I noticed the table that is linked with the form only has 1 record. Nothing changes. Like below:

The query for the parent form should ONLY reference orders, not join with books.
