RDS missing Icon

Hi All,

Recently we have had a user that has been missing an Icon when she logs in via RDS server. The icon missing is google, this does not happen every time she logs in but recently it happens more often than not.

Can anyone assist me in how to troubleshoot this process.

Seems as if no other icons are missing and she has a full profile, basically it's not a temporary profile. We have a 3 server one of which is a broker server, the other two are Host servers.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as I am very new to RDS.

    What is the process of profile management? Check this article as this provides details about some apps that have references in other folders such Appdata using-user-profile-disks-upd-in.html

    Thanks for replying so promptly it's very much appreciated.

    Q. What is the process of profile management?
    A. It may seem very strange to you but I really don't know the answer to that. How would I find out. I literally have not used or setup RDS before.

    I will check the article but if you can give me some pointers as to how I check profile management that would be great.
