Hello,
I've created new site connection from azure to UDM-PRO (on-premises)
On Azure side site connection shows as connected and I can see small data transfer (bytes/kilobytes)
However, I cannot access to any resources that are on azure. I've checked all routing tables, I do see my IP there. I've added static routes on UDM side with next hop IP from routing tables, and yet no luck.
Is there something else I can do?

I understand that your VPN Tunnel is connected but there is no connectivity.- Can you please check the effective routes of any VM from the VNet of the VPN gateway | Check Effective Routes
- Make sure that the next Hop is showing as VNet gateway
- Make sure the Local Network gateway has all the address range of the OnPrem Network.
- I see you have mentioned you cannot access resources on Azure.
- Can you access OnPrem resources from Azure?
- Please do a ping test from OnPrem server and Azure VM and vice versa
- Please perform a Telnet or SSH/RDP from OnPrem server and Azure VM and vice versa
You can also use the diagnostic logs of the VPN gateway to check what routes have been negotiated : RouteDiagnosticLog
