My Microsoft certificate PL300 is not available under my dashboard

Question

i have passed PL300 exam but i did not get my certificate in Microsoft learn portal dashboard.

have cleared my PL-300 exam. I was able see my transcripts and exams that I have cleared PL-300 but I haven't received any certification as for now. Can you please help me out in this....
