Winautomation licence

Question

Hi,

we have already a winautomation license V8 and we want to transfer to a new server.

when we look at the forums it was said that miccrosoft sent emails with the new licences, but we never receive this email.

"Customers will receive the respective type according to their current license type. The license files will be delivered to the registered users' email."

what is the procedure to guet this email and license ?
