Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

When a user requests an app which requires admin consent, the requests do not show in the Admin Consent Requests box. Instead, we have to access the application as a global admin and approve this way,

The App is a request for Zoom Rooms Admin.

The applications are a Zoom Rooms Admin app, which integrates with O365 to allow scheduling information to be synced with Zoom Rooms.

    @IBN
    Thank you for your post!

    When it comes to your users not being able to request admin consent to apps they are accessing, as mentioned by @Andy David - MVP , you'll have to enable this feature within the App itself.

    Enable the admin consent workflow
    To enable the admin consent workflow and choose reviewers:

    1. Sign-in to the Azure portal with one of the roles listed in the prerequisites.
    2. Search for and select Azure Active Directory.
    3. Select Enterprise applications.
    4. Under Manage, select User settings. Under Admin consent requests, select Yes for Users can request admin consent to apps they are unable to consent to.
