Attack Simulation Training

Question

KnowB4 offers to configure sending out attack simulation emails to users as a service, rather than a internal employee configuring attack simulations. I want to get away from using KnowB4 as well as Proofpoint.

Does Microsoft O365 Defender E5 offer the same option with Attack Simulation Training module? Is there a fee or option to use Microsoft to do the same thing KnowB4 offers a subscriber?
