Microsoft whiteboard says try again after a certain amount of time

Question

I use whiteboard to clear my mind and sometimes for school work, but I've noticed a strange problem with whiteboard recently that I've never had before. It keeps saying after what seems like a consistent amount of time, but doesn't do anything there other than be annoying, and if I hit reload it reloads whiteboard and NOTHING changes, other than it deletes the undo history. Is there any reason why it does this?
