How to direct open exclusion window of windows defender

Hello everyone. Is there a CMD or PowerShell command (or some other code) to directly open the Exclusion Window of Windows Defender?
For example, the command "start windowsdefender:" using to open the Windows Security window.

I hope you understand me, I want to directly open this window as in the image below:

For example I tried:
"start windowsdefender: exclusions" - not work

I'm sure it can, there is an app that has that option (see image below):
