Limit of 3 public IPs for the free account

Question

Hi,

Recently, students of my Azure courses using the free trial began reporting they get an error when creating network-related resources (such as VM, Application Gateway, Bastion etc.) stating that there's a limit of 3 Public IP address for the free account, and therefore they cannot create additional resources.
What's the reason for this limit? And is there any way to bypass this limit? The quota page does not allow to increase the quota for this resources.
It's really quite difficult to learn Azure using only 3 Public IPs...

Hi,

It depends on the Free account as per Microsoft the default limit is 10 Public IP addressess, I will suggest you to raise a support case with Microsoft over here create-ticket
