Download from FTP step in Azure pipelines

We are currently in the process of migrating from TFS 2017 server to Azure DevOps. However I've been baffled as to why there seems to be no Download from FTP step. Our current workflow is placing build artifacts on FTP server in zip files. It is not Azure or TFS build and completely custom process. Now I need Azure Devops to pick those files up and download them to a running agent. I am really surprised this hasn't been brought up. Anyone knows if there are any built-in (or marketplace) tasks that can download a file from FTP? Am I really left with writing custom powershell script to download files?

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you!

Devops / TFS is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Azure DevOps / TFS actively monitors questions over at
