Upgraded needed to use MS Teams for a business account?? Account connected to Go Daddy

I have a 365 business account and was able to use MS team up until today and received the attached message stating I need to upgrade to continue using MS Teams. I read through past Q&As and received the instructions below, however, when I click on Admin, it takes me to my Go Daddy account. I am the Global Administrator as I am a sole-proprietor and my 365 and MS teams account is connected to my e-mail. Please help! I have MS Teams appointments lined up for the week.

  1. On the Office 365 portal, please choose Admin
  2. On the admin dashboard page, select Active users
  3. Look for your account then select

    Hi @KMWC

    Would you be able to access Microsoft 365 Admin Center with your account?
    If yes, please locate Billing>Your products>Products to see if your licenses have been expired.

    If you have active licenses for Teams, please also make sure you have assigned the required license to your account.

    Follow these steps:

    1. On the Office 365 portal, please choose Admin
    2. On the admin dashboard page, select Active users
    3. Look for your account then select
    4. Please take a look what licenses were applied on your account"

    If your account is managed by Godaddy, I would suggest contacting Godaddy support for further help on this issue.

    I spoke to Go Daddy and they said you/MS would have to do something on your end. I did not purchase Office 365 through Go Daddy. I purchased it through Microsoft directly, so they have nothing to do with this. Everything was fine until a week ago when it said I had to upgrade for no apparent reason and when you click on the Upgrade link, it just takes you to a blank Bing screen with no further instructions. I went to admin.teams.microsoft.com and there is nothing there that says Active Users. When I go under Manage Users, it has my correct e-mail and says I am Online. "Coexistence Mode" says "Teams Only". and when I click on my e-mail under Manage Users, the box is checked that says "Migrate this users meetings to teams". All of this being said, MS Teams still does not work! There is something that has to be done on your side. All I want to do is use Teams for video conferencing.

    I need to speak to someone ON THE PHONE to walk me through this! Going back and forth through this forum has gotten me absolutely nowhere. I am so frustrated and have not been able to use MS Teams for my client meetings for a week. This is something that I PAID for but does not work! Please help!!!!
