Logical Disk Manager

Question

A group of uers in my firm have been issued new computers using winows 10. One user cannot access disk properties on their computer with error; “You do not have access rights to Logical Disk Manager on Windows 10 Professional Version.” Ongoing local security policies and tests might be a problem. If the local security policies are the issues then that's one case and if they are not the issue then that's a different case. How can I resolve the issue for these 2 cases?

I understand that you're having issues accessing disk properties on the new computers of your users. Have you made sure that they are the Administrator of the computer? If yes, I recommend trying to create a new user profile and see if they can access the disk properties from there. If yes, then the problem is the old user profile which is possibly corrupted. If not, you may try to perform an in-place upgrade process.
