Error while connecting Azure VM through Remote Desktop

An internal error occurs when trying to connect to an Azure windows VM.

I have an Azure Cloud Free subscription for 30 days. I have created few VM’s earlier and was able to connect to VM and created few servers on VM. I have deleted VM’s and installed new one’s. so after that I am facing this issue.

    Hi,

    1. Could you please provide the detailed error information you have gotten?
    2. What's the OS Version of your local desktop and the remote desktop (Azure VM)?
      Please run "winver" in CMD and take a screenshot of the OS information
