Is it possible to Restore the Cosmos DB full backup from one subscription to another Azure Subscription?

    Regarding your question about the Restore option to another subscription for Cosmos DB, it is not possible currently.

    Here is the link with online-backup-and-restore Frequently Asked Questions which mentions that we can only restore between accounts within the same subscription.
