request for new MS ID which is expired

My MC ID and password is expired, so I cannot login to access my transcript and credential ID.
When I login, it says "You may request a new access code from the login page.".
But I cannot really find the button to request a new access code....
What does it mean by login page and and can you explain in detailed of the process of requesting new code please.
