The only workaround that I found is the following:
- Take off the PC from domain (if is set)
- Log in with an administrative user
- Change name of the user folder (Es: From "C:\Users\john.doe" to C:\Users___john.doe.old)
- Search the user's profile key in the registry and rename it (Es: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\S-1-5-82-3XXXXXXXXX-Ecc must become "___S-1-5-82-3XXXXXXXXX-Ecc")
- Reboot PC
- Log in with an administrative user and re-join the domain
- Reboot PC
- Log in with the user that previously had got errors and let Windows create a new user folder
Hope this helps!
Bye
