Defender Endpoint function with other AV

Does Defender for Endpoint conflict with other AV's, like Bitdefender, F-Secure etc. or does it complement other AV products?

It actually does not. In general, only endpoints that have been added to Defender for Endpoint can have Microsoft Defender Antivirus set to passive mode.
