Contractor using Visual Studio Community version but source codes to compile with Visual Studio Pro version by the company

Hi, as my title stated, will it be legal if one of the contractor of my company uses Community edition to develop the software but the compilation of the application is done by my company using Pro edition.

    Please check this License Terms for Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022(not sure which version of VS you are using, so I share you the latest license terms for the latest VS 2022).

    It says:

    If you are an enterprise, your employees and contractors may not use the software to develop or test your applications, except for: (i) open source; (ii) Visual Studio extensions; (iii) device drivers for the Windows operating system; (iv) SQL Server development; and, (v) education purposes as permitted above.
