Hi @IBN ,
Have you tried reinstalling the iOS application? It could be the case that iOS is blocking the notifications.

Hello
Please i need your help on this issue.
Since a couple of weeks my team's client on iOS does not generate any notification. I have double and dripple checked all settings but dont get notifications back working. Its about all kind of notifications (personal chat, channels etc.)
I followed this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot-notifications-for-teams-mobile-apps-6d125ac2-e440-4fab-8e4c-2227a52d460c but it doesn’t solve the problem unfortunately.
Could it be that this is related to my App protection policies? Based on the docs it should work also with MAM policies.
Hi @IBN ,

@IBN , Based on my research, I find there seems to be a known issue that the Teams with latest update to notification services contained a code regression that caused impact to users with the Microsoft Intune 'Block Org Data' setting enabled.
To fix this, you can change the setting "Org data notifications" which is set as "Block org Data" in App protection policy or remove this policy. reinstall Teams and see if it can receive notification.

Hope it can help.
