Didn't receive badge nor email after complettion exam for Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

Question

I haven't received confirmation email from Microsoft to accept a badge after clearing My certification of Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.

Also, Badge is not reflecting in the portal. Please check and do the needful.
