Ms Edge Browser keeps changing label zebra printer margin settings to none when we printer a paper and switch back to label printer .

We have Two types of printers running in our organization and we r using Ms Edge

1) Label Printer
2) Paper Printer

Once the users change the margin to (None) of the Label printer it reverts back to (Default) after printing the paper from same user when we select the label printer. The users have to keep on changing the margin settings everytime when they select the Label printer.

    Is this a Type 3 or a Type 4 driver from Zebra?

    Folks have reported an issue with Type 4 printer extension since the October security update.

    Hi,

    Please check that the drivers are correct and up to date. This is the kind o f behaviour seen when drivers are not compatible or out of date.
