Cant connect certification profile

Hello, I am trying to reschedule an exam. I am following the process step by step but when I try to connect my personal email to my work email. I get redirected to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx with no account connected. I have tried more than 10 times. Please help.
