Unable to access E5 Subscription

I created the following subscription via the developer portal. When I hit "go to subscription" to log in and enter the pw I get "You don't have access to this. Your login was successful but you don't have permission to access this resource. This is while using the admin account I just set up. What am I doing wrong? I have tried connecting from different computers connected to different internet providers with no luck

    Hi,

    I will suggest you to raise a case with Microsoft as you are trying with GA account and still having issues in the renewal, so someone should be able to assist you.
