Merging problem / Certification profile

I merged my personal account with my Microsoft learn work account
All personal profile information has migrated to my work account like
Migration is problematic and still not effective.
About certifications, after scheduling an exam on
The confirmation message is sent by email to .com instead of my real .com account, probably because of this problem I can not receive my certification. I have done a Microsoft PL-300 certification that I cannot receive on digital version.

If the problem is related to the account merge please help me solve the problem or cancel the merge.
