I am trying to customize the account error for the Azure B2C application error(AADB2C99002), however, it always redirects to https:///MicrosoftIdentity/Account/Error, while my account error page should be https:///Home/Error I tried this document,and disables the development mode, but nothing works. please advise.

Thank you for the detailed post!
From your error message and the Handle errors in ASP.NET Core documentation, can you make sure that your app isn't running in Development Mode? If you have Environment variables set in launchSettings.json these override those set in the system environment. For more info - Default host configuration.

Since this error is more related to the ASP.NET Core environment than B2C, I've also added some additional ASP.NET tags so their community can take a look into this issue as well.

This also may happen if the redirect URI from your is not present in the app registered in AD as redirect URI, whatever URI you want to try to redirect must be available in redirect URI of Azure AD registered App.
