Applicatio not pulling the last record

Hi All,
We have an application that connects to the database and pulls the records from a table. The issue is out of 100 rows it only reads 99 and misses the last record, but for some strange reason it reads the last row just before midnight, not sure what is happening , any advice please.

I can make some guesses, but when I don't even know which technology you are using I am not able to say anything useful.

It would certainly help if you posted CREATE TABLE statements for your tables and the INSERT statements with sample data. Then it would be easier to understand what you are doing and what you trying to achieve.
