Built-In Role for Microsoft Stream Administrator?

I wanted to ask which Built-In Role gives you Administrator-Access to the Service "Microsoft Stream". Is it the "Sharepoint Administrator"-Role?

The Stream admin role can be assigned in the Stream Admin settings portal, unfortunately the is no Azure AD admin role that can be delegated nor can this role be assigned through PIM.

Bear in mind that Stream Classic is being replaced with Stream on Sharepoint, which will require normal Sharepoint roles.
