Please i need your help on this issue.
We are unable to sign into Microsoft Whiteboard - there's a problem with signing in - Please check your internet connection and try signing in again error code CAA20002 - global admin has tried to turn whiteboard off and on again under services and on admin portal but still no one on our o365 can login into it to use this app
we have been having this issue since September 2022 at the college, this was working last before July 2022, there might have been and O365 update since then,
Teams web client is working fine. But no one on our domain is able to sign into the Microsoft whiteboard Teams Desktop App.
Our senior it architect has tried as global admin under org settings on the admin portal to turn off and turn on whiteboard for everyone in the org
