Unable to Login to a directory/domain on Azure Poral

I have access to 3 directory/domain on the Azure Portal and once I login I am able to seamlessly move into 2 of them. However the 3rd asks for verification code from the authentication app but it does not accept the code. I get : "You didn't enter the expected verification code. Please try again". I have tried deleting , reinstalling the authenticator app but still get the message

There is no admin to that directory.
