IIS Website not accssible using public IP

Please assist to solve this problem.

The IIS Website works when I open using local IP and names:
http://192.168.1.64:82
http://127.0.0.1:82
http://localhost:82

I added Port forwarding in the Router
Public Port 82 to Private Port 82 in IP 192.168.1.64

The following website shows port 82 is accessible from outside IP
https://canyouseeme.org/
Success: I can see your service on 158.180.331.924 on port (82)
Your ISP is not blocking port 82

I turned off Firewall in the Router and also in the Windows.
When I open the website using public IP, I get following error.
http://158.180.331.924:82

Hmmm… can't reach this page took too long to respond
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Hi @Sudin Bajracharya ,

I would suggest you try to make a test using default ports 80 or 443.

It could be possible that other ports except default ports are blocked by your ISP.

Further, you do not need to turn off the firewall completely, you could try to open the port in the firewall to allow the traffic on it.

If your test works with the default ports, then you may need to contact your ISP to help you open the desired port to make your site accessible through that port.
