unable to schedule my exam at my location

Hello dear,
I am from Iran and I have completed the Azure microsoft AZ-900 through the event online, But it shows me this message when I want to schedule the test. Since I am connected from Iran and as you know I have to connect with vpn due to restrictions. So what shall I do? Thank you for your helping....
