Or you can go to Volume Licensing Service Center support. Please choose region/language and choose to call or have web. People there will help you more effectively.
Or you can buy the license key that is not embedded in the installation package to upgrade the SQL server 2012 edition. Please refer to How to upgrade SQL Server 2012 Evaluation Edition to Standard or Enterprise.
