Retention policy

Hi All

I have retention policy for default folders of one year. for personal folders we have retention tags of 2 years, 3 years, user can choose from retention tags for the personal folders. For the default folders which is one year will user loose calendar items after one year. Litigation hold is disabled in our environment.

There are three kink of retention tags in Exchange:

Which tag do you mean that deletes items for default folders of one year?
If you mean the tag like "123" in following picture, calendar items will be deleted after one year(Retention age for Calendar and Tasks items is calculated from the end date.).
