Parent & child domain resume synchronization

I have parent and child domain as below
Domain.local
Child.domain.local
Due to some connections issue the connection between both domains have been disconnected for one month.
Now I would like to bring the connection back between the domains. Will there be any issue?

2022-10-19T17:55:03.973+00:00 Both domains have their own changes during this downtime period like account deletion or creation. I know that the parent and child and sharing the schema and domain naming but not the AD object partition.
But just to confirm that by connecting back both domains will there be any issue like lingering object or related issue happened?

2022-10-20T03:27:50.943+00:00 If let say the domain controller in parent domain have been restored to backup image that was taken 2 weeks before due to some issue and now we would like to resume the replication between parent and child domain.
Will there be issue since our child domain may have a different version of schema and configuration partitions than the parent domain?
