Zebra Scanner TC21 with Excel

Hello, I recently acquired a Zebra TC21 scanner which is android based. I installed Excel on the device but however, when I scan a barcode into the excel sheet, none of the information is populating. Would anyone be able to help me with this issue?

    Datawedge is the product that manage scanner on Zebra Devices

    You should have a "Profile0" that is the default profile that manage all apps that does not have a dedicated profile.
    You should have also a Datawege Demo. Does it works? (it works with profile "DataWedge Demo").
    If Excel does not have a dedicated profile it should use Profile 0. Take a look in Profile 0 if the Keyboard wedge mode is enabled
