Resize Windows Cluster VMs

I am going to be creating a Windows Failover cluster with 2 VMs to run SQL Server. While they will initially be sized appropriately, is it possible to increase the size of the VMs in the future...say from 4 CPUs to 8, etc. if growth is more than anticipated? If so, what is the process?

    Hi @Peter Kandra

    Just resize both machines ;-)
Like you are patching those machines, clean up one side of your cluster (all resources on on one node)
Resize that node first, it will reboot during the process, check your SQL server configuration (max mem.,maxdop) move all resources, resize the other node.
