I just installed Microsoft Whiteboard on my Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga Gen 1, and when I try to create a whiteboard, I get the message "An error occured while processing your request, we encountered an unknown error". When I go back to whiteboard home, I can see that the whiteboard has been created, but I get the same error when I try to access it.

The windows app version is 52.11010.438.0
I am using windows 10 version 21h2 build 19044.2130

I have tried:
Restarting device
Reinstalling app
Resetting app
Repairing app

I'm at a loss here and would like to use this app for school

Sign out and sign in ...then check the issue.

Select Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall from the left sidebar.
Under the list of apps and features, click on Change settings > Make sure to checkmark the Microsoft Whiteboard option for both Private and Public types.
Click on OK to save changes.

Visit the Office 365 Admin Center.
Inside the home page, select Settings > Services & add-ins.
On the Services & add-ins page, scroll down and select Whiteboard.
Inside the Whiteboard menu, toggle the button next to Turn Whiteboard on or off for your entire organization.
    Click Save.
