I have time to renew 2 hrs before it expires

Hi Microsoft,

I was trying to rnew my MS700 certificate and set to expire in Oct 20 7:59am UTC, I have still time before it Expires but when I checked on it shows Expires. Is theris a way that I could RENEW this without taking the exam again. Please consider my request.

My timezone is MAnila Philippines
