Sure, because your two servers are in the same domain, you can create a local move request between the two Exchange servers to move mailboxes.
Use the EAC to create a local move request.
- Open the EAC, navigate to the Recipients > Migration > Click +, select Move to a different database.
- On the Select users page, select the user mailboxes that you want to move.
- On the Move configuration page, enter a new migration batch name, select whether to move the archive mailbox, and select the target database.
- When the Start the batch page configuration is complete, click New.
Using Exchange Management PowerShell:
- To create a local move request for an individual mailbox using New-MoveReques.
- Use New-MigrationBatch to create a migration batch.
