Coremail & Office 2016 Outlook IMAP synchronize issues
I have some issues with Coremail mail system and the Office Outlook.
For the issuess is, i see the outlook will have the folder Sent box and inbox, however it will be auto change to other folder "Sent (Simplified display)", all email will transfer to there.
The Coremail Email System explain :
This problem is more complicated to explain, and it is related to the mechanism by which Outlook recognizes "Sent".
The default folders returned by our system IMAP protocol are as follows:
where (\Sent) is the special folder marker, and "&XfJ2fJAB-" is the simplified utf-7 encoded "sent".
When Outlook configures the account, it correctly corresponds to \Sent and the localized "Sent". When synchronizing this morning, for some reason (probably Outlook or Windows automatically updated), the corresponding relationship is lost, and "Sent" becomes A common custom folder (you can see it by clicking on "Other Folders" on the web page):
When the server provides (\Sent), the corresponding name is simplified "sent", so Outlook displays simplified "sent" for a period of time when synchronizing, and later because "sent" does not conform to localization rules, it is changed to Generic "Sent Items"
Please be aware of the above, thank you.
