Unable to login after enable security defaults

We have enabled the security defaults for one of our clients, after that some global admin's cannot log in and getting below error. They get this when they trying to authenticate c application. These global admins had per user MFA enabled before enabling the security defaults. Is there any things we should allow them to be able to login?
